【略歴】

北海道旭川市出身。2008年に宮崎大学を卒業。札幌の手稲渓仁会病院で8年間、消化器内科医として研鑽を積む。2016年に京都大学大学院に入学し、福原俊一教授のもとで臨床疫学を学ぶ。2019年に医学博士号取得し、同年より京都大学 地域医療システム学講座 特定講師。2023年より福島県立医科大学 特任准教授と熊本大学 客員准教授を兼任。

脂肪肝や脂肪膵などの脂肪分布に関する臨床疫学研究と、炎症性腸疾患のレジストリー研究、患者報告型アウトカムやPatient and Public Involvement (PPI)に関する研究を行うとともに、臨床研究教育に携わる。

消化器・内視鏡・肝臓・総合内科専門医。日本炎症性腸疾患学会代議員。社会医学系専門医。臨床疫学上席専門家。
